This Privacy Policy applies to the Slides Generator service (the "Service") available from the Google Workspace Marketplace and from https://slidesgenerator.app and describes the collection, usage, processing of your personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information that is not personally identifiable, like aggregated or anonymous information.
The Service's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The Service can be installed as an add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace. If you do so, the Service will be available from Google Docs™️ and Google Slides™️. When installing the Service from the Google Workspace Marketplace, you will be prompted to authorize the following permissions to your Google account which will only be used to perform the service you are requesting from the add-on you have installed:
To remove the Service's access to your Google account, you must uninstall the add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace. The Service is created and powered by Google Apps Script, on Google servers.
When you subscribe for one of our products, we collect email address, payment information (e.g. card number, expiry date, CVC), name (this can be an individual, a company or both), address, country or region via Stripe (our payment processor) for legal reasons and to activate the paid features of the product. Stripe collects identifying information about the devices that connect to its services. All subscription payments are processed through Stripe payment processing systems. Credit card details are neither stored nor accessible to the Service or Automative Apps. Stripe may use this information to operate and improve its services, including for fraud detection. Stripe may use your payment data in accordance with its privacy policy. This data is stored within Stripe and not on our own servers. As a paid subscriber, we may also send you announcements, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages.
When you contact support, we collect your email address and name for communication with you to resolve support requests, answer questions or respond to feedback. This information is stored within Zoho Desk and not on our own servers.
During use of the Service, we may also collect and store de-identified app settings to improve the user experience and statistics such as the number of times you have run the Service to track free tier or free trial usage (if any). Such de-identified data is stored on our own servers running on Digital Ocean in the United States maintained by Automative Apps. We do not store any personal information on our own servers. We only store de-identified data such as app settings and usage statistics.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service and to meet regulatory or contractual requirements. Once data is no longer needed, it is securely disposed of or archived.

Automative Apps does takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the personal data.
